Roselli axes are superior to almost any other type of axe that you will find on the market today.  Roselli's traditional Axe is an effective wood cutting tool, whether used while camping or at the summer cottage.  The head is high-quality Roselli steel, sharpened to a keen edge.  The wide blade angle prevents the axe from getting stuck, and in addition to wood cutting, it can be used for whittling as well. Comes with a simplistic, light vegetable tanned Finnish leather case to protect the edge and a practical loop which enables carrying in a belt or attaching to a backpack.  The handle is made from birch and coated with linseed oil to ensures a firm grip, even when wet.

Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.

Each product is unique. Patterns and texture of natural materials can vary.

We carry replacement handles for this axe too.

Short handle and head design makes it east to carry.

The short handle and weight is perfect for squirrel hunting with dogs when they den up on the dog in old dead trees. It's perfect for hammering the tree or hollow log. Nothing better than than getting the squirrel on the move.

Amazing Axe

This is the sharpest axe I've ever used. I take it camping and backpacking, even making fires at home outside. Compared to my other axes, the Roselli swings better and cuts much easier. Thank you, I'll be back

Steel

Not a review, but a question. Nowhere can I find what steel this is made from. That's very important to me.
