Return Policy

Returns
We offer free returns within 2 weeks of you receiving the item.  If you aren't happy with the item that you received, please contact us and let us know if you want a refund or exchange.  We will E-mail to you a return shipping label.  But if more than 2 weeks have gone by since you received it,, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).  Please note that we photograph all items before shipping, and will compare what we receive back to confirm that it is the same item that we shipped.  This also applies to items that the buyer says were damaged when they received it.  Please don't be dishonest, you can't fool us, we've seen it all.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, assuming there are no problems or questions from us, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days of receiving the return.  If you provided an E-mail address or phone number with your order, then you will receive a notification there of the refund.  Shipping charges will not be refunded however.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Sometimes, it takes a few days to see the credit in your account, we don't have any control over how long it takes for your bank to process the refund.  Please wait 3-5 business days to see if it appears.  But if it doesn't, please E-mail us and we'll look into it on our end. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned/refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Like we said above, we offer free returns and exchanges, just E-mail us and let us know which you prefer.   If you want to exchange for a lower-priced item, we'll refund to you the difference.  And if you want to exchange for a higher-priced item, we'll send you an E-mail containing a link for you to pay the difference.

To return your product, you should mail it to: Knives of the North, PO Box 32, South Wales NY 14139, United States.   But like we said above, contact us first and we'll send you you a return label.

Depending on where you're shipping from, it could take some time for the return to reach us.  Please record the tracking number and check it daily to see where it is.
