Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Times: Delivery timeframes are estimates and without purchase of a premium service such as UPS Next Day or Second Day Air, the arrival date cannot be guaranteed. Please allow for a few days past the estimated delivery date shown.
Shipping fees: We send packages either via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders $80 and above have free shipping within the US. Orders below $80 incur a $5 shipping fee within the US. We ship to everywhere, but for orders outside the US, please contact us first for a shipping quote. Premium shipping services via UPS, DHL, and others are also available, you can see quotes for these services during the checkout process.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses at no cost for active military servicemembers.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) via the shipping courier that you chose. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Failure or Refusal: If the shipment cannot be delivered due to some action or mistake by the customer (for example: the shipping address is incorrect, or the customer refuses delivery) and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund to the customer the full cost of the item, minus any shipping fees that were paid (by them or by us). If there is an additional cost to return the shipment to us, those costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you do not receive your package (tracking says that it was delivered but you can't find it), please contact the carrier for details on where the package was delivered (mailbox, front door, etc).
