This knife was designed for the Norwegian military. The large finger guard keeps the hand off the blade if the knife is used for thrusting. It has a blackened carbon steel blade and a handle which is sized to provide a firm grip in all situaitons. The sheath features a keeper strap secured by velcro, located just above the guard, and has belt slots to keep the sheath more rigidly attached to the belt, which makes a one-handed draw easier.
Below are the detailed measurements of this knife. One important note: for best comfort and grip, the length of your middle finger should be similar to the circumference of the handle.
