A friend recommended this knife as a great quality first knife for a great price. Being a right of passage I wanted to get him something a little more special than a cheap plastic handled one, so this was perfect! It’s sturdy and stout and just the right size for kid hands. The shape of the handle makes it extra secure to hold along with the safety guard. And as a mom I love the blunted point 😅 he is still 6 after all. We also love the caribou on the sheath. I liked it so much I even asked my son if I could borrow it to do a little carving with and decided to get my own adult version it’s in the mail now! You can’t beat the comfortable feel of wood in your hand over plastic! Thank you for carrying a great quality kids knife that the average person can afford! I hope my son will pass it down to his son or daughter someday!
I bought this for my grandson. I like the finger guard and rounded point.
Ordered for a birthday gift. I was worried I didn’t order early enough and called to ask shipping times. My daughter received this for Christmas from my brother. It is a great knife. Good blade, nice grip, and good size. So good in fact that I just ordered a wood jewel knife for myself. Highly recommend. The round tip does make it a little safer for knife beginners and doesn’t take away much functionality at all.
