The manufacturer named this the "curly birch knife," no doubt because of its attractive, finely crafted handle polished to a smooth finish. A small piece of antler caps the pommel. It's a basic knife and would be great as an everyday camp or utility knife. Attractive and functional, this is a knife that looks great and will be your go-to companion for years.

Excellent and smooth. Expert artistry. Finnish Sami-style knife.
Love this knife! Well crafted, sharp blade, well made sheath and overall craftsmanship is excellent! Would highly recommend. Ready to field test it soon!
Amazing, beautiful, very high quality. Only thing: not really a true scandi, has a microbevel, but thats easy to remove. 80crv2 steel
These Are Well Made Knives .
The antler pommel and curly birch part of the handle are beautiful. The blade is sharp and a great for carving wood. The plain birch handle is smooth and feels nice. I have large-sized hands and found that the upper part of the flared pommel would dig into my palm when I gripped the knife tightly, so I sanded it down. Now it is comfortable however I use it. Quality of the build and material are good. All in all, it's a great value for a traditional and functional puukko.
