The Hudson's Bay Roach is the largest and heaviest of the Trade knives. It has a heavier, thicker blade well-suited for heavier camp and wilderness tasks such as chopping and shelter building, and would also do well as a butcher knife for larger game. The ample belly on the blade (hence the name) also makes it ideal for skinning larger game.
Below are the detailed measurements of this knife. One important note: for best comfort and grip, the length of your middle finger should be similar to the circumference of the handle.I bought this as a present to myself.
